The thermal baths of Pré Saint Didier are my ultimate fairytale setting for rest and relaxation. The facility is hosted within the interiors and outdoor grounds of a dreamy estate nestled in the Val D’Aosta in Northern Italy. The centre is owned and operated by the almighty QC group which also owns and operates similar wellness locations throughout Italy and are now rumoured to be expanding to the Big Apple.
There are dozens of rooms inside devoted to hot and cold water therapies, relaxation rooms and saunas. Outside there are swimming pools which were heated when we were here in the winter time. Don’t miss the amazing buffet spread between treatments, packed with uber healthy goodies, yogurt and breadsticks with chocolate chips – hells yes. Word to the wise – book ahead and try to avoid the crowds on weekends. We stayed at the Miramonti Hotel in La Thuile, a good 20 minute drive from the baths. It was a lovely place, but I’d recommend staying closer by if you can.
