a la Piemontese

Why I’m glad to be living in Piemonte in winter: hearty dishes like this spezzatino and polenta in red sauce. A great menu choice now, not so ideal come spring when it’s time to shed a few. This dish was enjoyed at Cianci, a super intimate spot in Turin by the Duomo.
